You’ll take ownership of reviewing and accepting risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work, while monitoring contractor performance against licence conditions and site standards. Through regular engagement with contractors and site teams, you’ll drive collaboration, support audits and inspections, ensure robust emergency arrangements are in place, and actively promote a positive commitment to safety, the environment and company values.
Key elements of the role include:
- Providing proportionate oversight and monitoring of contractor construction and demolition activities
- Reviewing, challenging and approving RAMS and supporting documentation
- Coordinating with contractors and site teams to ensure safe, compliant delivery
