You’ll join a team of highly skilled Site Engineers who lead the way on a wide range of construction and decommissioning projects at a nuclear site, from installing new facilities, modifications to transforming existing facilities and buildings, right through to complex de-planting and decommissioning work.

Please note this is a site based role at Wylfa site - Monday to Thursday (37 hours) - perfect for someone looking for a 4 day working week.

You will:

  • Take action to champion a strong safety culture, maintain high standards, and drive continuous improvement through best practice and learning.
  • Review and accept method statements, safe systems of work, and all relevant documentation with diligence and ownership.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and support others while adapting confidently to changing demands, promoting positive safety, environmental values, and strong planning and coordination.

You will bring:

  • Essential construction safety qualifications such as CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme or a NEBOSH Construction Certificate, alongside strong Construction Design Management experience.
  • Proven essential experience managing or supervising construction activities and  supported by an HNC/NVQ Level 5 or equivalent technical background.
  • A thorough understanding of local procedures, rules, and company instructions, ensuring safe, compliant, and effective project delivery.
