Are you passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where organisation, communication, and attention to detail make all the difference? If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely shape how people experience the hiring journey, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that every candidate journey is smooth, engaging, and efficient, from first contact through to onboarding, while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

What will you be doing

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of effective and efficient talent acquisition processes. Working closely with the Lead Resourcing Coordinator, you will help coordinate all aspects of recruitment, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates while enabling hiring teams to make timely and informed decisions.

You will act as a key point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the hiring and pre-boarding journey, while supporting HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Line Managers, and Resourcing Specialists.

In addition, you will facilitate clear and consistent communication between candidates and the hiring team, keeping all parties updated throughout the process. You will maintain accurate and confidential records within the applicant tracking system and manage the resourcing inbox, responding promptly to queries. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing more efficient ways of working to enhance both candidate experience and recruitment timelines.

Who are we looking for

You will bring a strong foundation in HR, with at least one year’s experience in a HR Generalist role or drafting Employee Agreements, alongside a good understanding of employee relations. A relevant qualification such as CIPD Level 3, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience is essential.
