We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to provide vital administrative support to the AGR Transition and Transfer Programme.  You’ll be at the heart of daily operations, helping teams deliver, supporting customers, and ensuring information flows exactly where it’s needed. What will you be doing

Your responsibilities will be varied, essential and highly valued within the team. You’ll provide high‑quality administrative support through effective diary management, travel arrangements, expense processing and accurate maintenance of filing systems and databases. You’ll also be the first point of contact for customer and client enquiries, handling queries professionally and escalating them when required.

The programme works with multiple external stakeholders, which will require you to interact and organise multi-organisational workshops, meetings and collate, record minutes and reports for the  programme.

In addition, you’ll support the preparation of key documents such as correspondence, agendas, minutes and action plans to keep the team aligned and informed. You’ll play an active role in improving administrative systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability while maintaining full compliance with HSEQ standards.

Who are we are looking for

We’re looking for someone organised, dependable and confident in a busy environment. You’ll bring strong administrative experience with solid skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, along with a proactive, customer‑focused attitude and the ability to communicate clearly while managing multiple tasks. A good educational foundation, A‑Level or equivalent, and a willingness to learn and grow are essential. Experience working within a technical function such as engineering or finance is beneficial but not required, if you can work effectively and adapt quickly.
