Administrator
Are you a natural organiser who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? Do you enjoy being the person others rely on to keep things moving? If so, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to provide vital administrative support to one of our functional departments. You’ll be at the centre of daily operations, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure information flows smoothly, deadlines are met and activities are well‑coordinated. If you take pride in being dependable, efficient and collaborative, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a role with variety, visibility and the chance to sharpen your skills while making a real contribution to our work. No two days will ever be the same, and that’s exactly what makes this position so rewarding.
What will you be doing
Your responsibilities will be varied, essential and highly valued within the team. You’ll provide high‑quality administrative support through effective diary management, travel arrangements, expense processing and accurate maintenance of filing systems and databases. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for internal colleagues and third‑party organisations, coordinating information, handling enquiries and escalating issues when required.
You’ll support the preparation of key documents such as correspondence, agendas, minutes and action plans to keep everyone aligned and informed. You’ll also play an active role in improving administrative systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, reliability and full compliance with HSEQ standards.
Who are we looking for
We’re seeking someone organised, dependable and confident working in a busy environment. You’ll bring strong administrative experience with solid skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, along with a proactive attitude and the ability to communicate clearly while managing multiple tasks. A good educational foundation, A‑Level or equivalent, and a willingness to learn and develop are essential. Experience working within a technical function such as engineering or finance is beneficial but not required, if you can adapt quickly and work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
